We enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect space to meet our needs, and the hosts were helpful and responsive. The location is great as it’s right near an amazing park, coffee shop and walkable to some great restaurants. As others mentioned, the parking situation is tight but we were aware ahead of time. Street parking is also available.

Everything was great

Apartment was great. It was clean, beds were comfortable, nice bathroom /shower. The kitchen was fully equipped though we didnt need it . Great coffee shop around corner . Also great to have parking spot. Its tight getting and out but doable. Really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the area and having a little eatery just a minutes walk from the house was really nice. Never had an issue with the tenants that live in the adjacent Apt B. Was able to park on the street directly in front of the Apt. The floors in the Apt are very unlevel particularly in the bedrooms. It didn’t cause any sleeping issues but walking through the apt was a little different so to speak. Everything else in the Apt seemed to satisfy. It was nice having a front porch to sit on in the shade and just people and traffic watch. There was a lot of both. We pretty much uber and Lyft everywhere in the city. Around 10 each way which I think was better than paying to park and with walking around once we go into the French Quarter, we could just get picked up anywhere without having to walk back to our own car. All in all I think we had a good stay. Felt the Apt was a bit overpriced for what it was. Probably won’t stay there a second time. I think being property management owned may be why the cost was there.
