This property was gorgeous! It had plenty of space for 90 of us! We enjoyed our spring break trip here with our college & young adult ministry for a week and everyone loved it! It was only a half a mile away from downtown Gatlinburg which was really nice to be able to walk right there. Very great overall stay!

The location of this lodge is great. The space is very large. Our group enjoys the spacious kitchen. However, there are several issues with maintenance that must be addressed. It appears there hasn't been anyone to come in and inspect in a while.

My family and I stayed here for the Christmas holiday and it was awesome. This lodge has 4 floors so there was plenty of room to spread out. It has 20 bedrooms (each with an en-suite) and a couple half bathrooms near the main living area and bottom floor near the pool table. The kiddos loved the 2 bunk bed rooms and had their own little sleepovers which gave the adults their own space. The kitchen area is huge with plenty of dining space. There is 2 of everything (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, etc). There was also ample parking approx. 14 - 16 parking spots reserved for Grand Orchard so parking was never an issue (even when we came in late from dinner). The drive to the lodge was pretty easy and not as far up the mountain as I expected (which was a plus)! My family and I will definitely book here again.

The house was simply amazing! It was very well laid out in terms of rooms, bathrooms, family rooms, balconies, etc. Exceptionally equipped with kitchenware and very very clean. Had only 2 minor issues - both resolved within the day. Excellent customer service. Ideal location - walking distance to town and grocery store, hikes not too far away.

Every year I do a planning and team building session with my group and as we’ve grown it’s been more difficult to find space to accommodate us. This was the perfect place! There was room for breakout sessions when working and plenty of gathering space for social time as well. There was a great mix of bedroom accommodations (single vs bunk) and it was within walking distance to all of the sites in Gatlinburg. The house was clean and met our every need.

We had a family reunion here and had around 50 people. The house exceeded our expectations. We had a small issue with the movie room but it was handled promptly so it didn’t interfere with our stay. The kitchen is amazing and the listing doesn’t show the 4 warming drawers that made mealtime easier.

We loved our stay at the Lodge. We had just over 50 people. We had more than enough room. Every one had their own beds and we hardly used the futons. The kitchen and living area was spacious and ideal for feeding a crew and visiting all together. Everything functioned well, was clean, and there was plenty of bedding and towels. We saw a black bear in the backyard and the trees around the backyard kept us feeling pretty private. Great stay, right in Gatlinburg!

Great location for reunion. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Dining area needs more tables/chairs -only enough for 32. Pool is not in the house.

There was only one kitchen towel and one pot holder. Seems odd in a house that accommodates so many people. Also, there were not enough garbage bags again based on a house that accommodates so many people. The towels for showering are very poor quality. I recommend bringing your own. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. Would definitely recommend this location even with the few flaws.

We love everything about the house we had 55 people and everyone was Comfortable. We did have one Problem the second day one of the freezer stop working but soon as I reported it they were there less then a hour to fix it.we will stay again

We had 51 people staying at there was still plenty of room. Not once did we feel crammed in. Great location in the middle of everything.

This Cabin was awesome!!! Hosted for a birthday getaway and it was great!! Had a quick issue with WiFi but service came out and took care of it within a few hours. Definitley looking to book in the future.

New, clean, and roomy. Plenty of beds. The only compliant would be that massive door to the movie theatre. It would be better if it were a barn door style. We used the theatre space a lot and it was just in the way.
