Nice 3 bedroom house located in quiet walkable neighborhood, good location to drive to coastal areas or Redwood trails. Traveling with older children we liked the bedroom downstairs so we could get up early and walk the neighborhood or drive to a beach for a morning walk without waking anyone. Would recommend for anyone wanting to hit a lot of Redwood trails and beaches within a 2 hr distance, good central location. Be aware when you walk in there are about 16 stairs to get to the main floor.

Good spot on the coast. Stayed the weekend for my son’s graduation. Good jump off point to the Humboldt area. Clean, comfy beds.

We stayed one night and didn’t even use the kitchen other than putting our food in the fridge but it was clean and big. The two bathrooms were stocked with enough supplies, the bedrooms were cozy, and I like that in the living room there were games and books. I didn’t realize the house was so close to the freeway which you can’t hear when the windows are closed but we got hot in our bedroom and opened the window and could hear the traffic in the mornin. I would suggest fans for each room even if they just plug in for white noise and to help keep people cool. Overall the place was great. Oh we did have a little issue finding the place as our maps didn’t explain to go down the road that looked private. Maybe a little explanation of that in the details would’ve been nice
