Convenient location for our visit to PCB.

Clean and convenient was able to book last minute. Would stay here again.

Walls are super thin. Hall smells from people cooking.

My stay was comfortable and uneventful. Was surprised there was no coffee pot in the room.

Check in was ok. The hotel is close to everything. The rooms are spacious and clean with a kitchen. However, there isn't any cookware and dishes; they don't offer it. There is no breakfast, which would have been fine had there been dishes to cook with. On another note, the older guy at the front desk was very RUDE because I asked why I was charged DOUBLE for Wi-Fi, which is free and also because they tried to charge me again for a night that had already been paid for before we got there.

Pet fees should be included in booking price Tired of having to pay 3X more once already paying for room

When we checked in the room they assigned us we found it was dirty and had not been cleaned so we had to come back to the desk and get another room. The girl at the front desk was attentive and apologetic. The next night I had to wait in the lobby for my grandson and the guy on duty was playing loud raunchy music in the office. The language was not suitable for children and should not have been played so loud. The facility is nice but not the cleanest. The staff on duty are not professional and don’t have a clue, with the exception of the young lady that helped us. I would not stay at this property again.

At check in, Jojo was excellent! There are a lot of manual workers residing there and they loiter in the parking lot and in the stairwell, staring at people, while smoking and drinking, leaving mud all over. They walk up and down the halls loud and yelling at all hours of the night. Again, Jojo was excellent and needs a raise. “Jessica” was awful! She even called our room- woke us up at 8am-ish to tell us it was a wrong number Very unprofessional and low-budget. For a new hotel, this place should be cleaner- there shouldn’t be dried mud in the hallways and cigarette butts everywhere by the side doors.

It was check out day around 930ish am and housekeeping tried to enter my room without knocking the door, because I screamed while using the bathroom the person realized I was still in the room. The room didn’t have a “do not disturb” sign for me to place outside the door. The room did not have a coffee maker, no face tissues. Very disappointed

Very close to everything that Panama City has to offer. It was clean a great price ! The front desk was very nice. The gym was very small but I made It work.

This place was wonderful! It is a new property. The room was immaculate & very spacious. It included a 2 burner stove top, microwave, & frig. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. It was close to the beach & plenty places to eat. I will definitely stay there again on a return trip to PCB.

Very clean and new. Lots of stuff to do around the area. Only thing they need to add is curtains for the windows. They had blinds but when the sun pops up it gets very bright in the room.

Super clean and quietest around

After checking in our room did not have a shower curtain and bed had a bug on it… also I believe blood stains on the floor.. I have pics if needed

Well first I want to say I was very pleased with the person that checked me in, but as days went on, there was a sign in the laundry room that said change in front office during business hours. NO!! I was told that was a lie by their employee that was on duty at the time. And when we got our clothes out of the washer # 4 there was black stains all over them, we had to take our on trash out , they didn’t have an ice maker / you had to use ice trays. No pool, and all night someone was slamming doors and early morning as well. But the worst part of all is the fact that at 8 in the morning we started getting knocks on the door asking if we were leaving yet, then it went on over into 10 and we had another knock asking the same question. So at 10:50 I we to get on the elevator to check out and the lady that checked me in was on there as well, I said is it your protocol to ask your guess when there checking out? She replied yes it is so the housekeeper’s can clean the rooms. I then returned to her the statement of how rude that was and I told her again and proceeded to exit the building. I had a very bad experience in the end so most likely will not stay with them again!!!!

This is a new hotel & the rooms are spacious and comfy. Our room had a king sized bed, sofa, & desk. I liked the kitchenette (fridge, stove & microwave). The bathroom was clean. Housing did not come every day, but we only stayed for 2 nights so it was not needed much for us.

It was a newer property, but I noticed it smelled heavily of lysol. I saw a couple dogs and a cat. This being said I have a dog, but leave him at a pet hotel. I dont understand why people bring their pets who arent even housetrained right. But I can tell in less than a year this place is going to smell of cat urine and likely have roaches or bugs in it due to the inconsiderate people who seem to stay. I smelled some urine when I walked down a hallway during my stay already but the automatic air freshner temporarily overpowered the smell. Also people will smoke cigarettes and weed outside the doors stinking up the entrance. Its only a good hotel because its new, but you can see how it will be in a year or so due to this kind of thing. It will stink and have bug issues. Stay there while its halfway decent.

My room when checked in the got another for it to be dirty especially the covers and floor was very dirty

Found sand in the sheets and the towels were damp. However, front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a lot of Is attractions next to the hotel. Also there was a lot of things that we could choose to eat.
