The villa was very spacious and comfortable. We loved dipping in the private pool on hot days. Juan was an amazing host, helping us coordinate activities before and during the stay. He was super communicative and felt like a private concierge.
We thought the villa could have improved on cleanliness. There was no ventilation in the bathroom except back into the bedroom. The living room seating needed to be dusted of dead insects, and on the last day, we found and had to kill a tarantula. Since the living room is 95% sealed to the outdoors, we understand bugs are part of the experience, but we think not expecting to see something as large as the tarantula sneak through.

La ubicación, el diseño todo muy lindo y relajante, las piscinas nos mantenían muy tranquilos pues el tamaño es del para niños pequeños
La cocina estaba muy poco equipada

The location was great & they are beautifully designed & spacious villas.
The pictures look lovely but the villa we rented was not well kept at all. They did the bare minimum to prepare it for guests. There was no hand soap in the restroom, the coffee machine was dirty. You can tell the cushions outside have not been cleaned in a while. There are ants absolutely everywhere and the restroom has no ventilation so there are huge spots of mold and mushrooms growing everywhere which was worrisome. It was very disappointing.
