The property has magnificent view.
Location is quite good, and not far from District 1 from where most pick ups happen.
Beds are comfortable and clean.
Plates were less (we were 5 us), and Alvin and Winson ensured that we got them.
Alvin and his staff are super-helpful.
There were 5 of us, and only 3 towels were provided by the housekeeping lady (despite reminders from us and their own staff)
The cleaning lady hadn't cleaned the utensils used by previous guest.

Spacious room at the corner offer the stunning city view of all three room. There's many convenient stores nearby. Suit for family and group. The owner is really nice and helpful even we required to check-in early in almost last minutes. We had such a pleasant stay here for all 2 days. Will book again for sure if we have a trip to Ho Chi Minh Again (;
