Genial-ideale Lage direkt an den mehreren sehr schönen Stränden; Klimaanlage ist vorhanden; Schöne große Balkone mit motorisierten Jalousie; Sehr gute saubere Dusche mit großem Wasserdruck.

Wäre schön für den Preis eine 24h Parkmöglichkeit zu haben. Das Le Marly Studio liegt in einer sehr lebendigen Umgebung, wo zwischen 10 Uhr und 22 Uhr einen Parkplatz zu finden - sehr schwer ist! Das schmälert die Reise-Freiheit mit dem Auto. Das Bett (alte Klapp-Sofa) ist leider mäßig bequem. Für den Preis ist die Küche nur sehr mager ausgestattet und der Geschirrspüler war dreckig-unbenutzbar.

Es muss bei der Buchung klar und offensichtlich sein, dass eine Kaution hinterlegt werden muss

Cozy apartments with lovely terrace and awful service This is rather nice apartment with good location and cozy terrace. It’s well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, a comfortable size of shower, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, toaster etc.). The dishwasher didn’t work well in the beginning, so we had to rewash everything by hands, but when we bought salt and good tablets for it, things became better. Water in the bathroom ran very slow so we had to wash hands etc in the kitchen.

However the main part of my review is about assistance before and during our stay. Once we booked the apartment and payed all the price I received a service welcome message from the agency via booking.com. We had an early flight so I replied to it and asked to check-in a few hours earlier. And they never answered via booking.com. I found their contact in the welcome message and tried to reach them via whatsapp where I was also ignored. Several days later I wrote again and received the message from Elyse that it is her personal mobile number and she gave me another one. She confirmed that we can check-in earlier but further instructions she will gave us later - on Saturday morning. But no instructions were given that time. It was the day of our check-in. I wrote again after we took the car from the airport and were not far from the apartment. She said that she was just going to text us. She left the key for us near a train station that was 1 hour!!! walk from the apartment. It was really unreal for us with three pieces of luggage. Then she said we had to wait till 3 pm standard check in time. So we had to wait for three hours on the 40 degrees heat with luggage after two flights and sleepless night after working week. And there are no cafes or something like this nearby. Finally at 3 pm she gave us the instructions how to get the key near apartment. But the instructions were in dozens of videos and it was really awful. With no wi-fi and slow mobile internet we downloaded them for ages. And no other instructions were given regarding the apartment. Couple of days we tried to find out where to take away the garbage outside the apartment. We met one woman working in the apartments complex who showed us the place. We received no instructions or recommendations from the host regarding our stay or check-out. We got service message via booking.
