Great location

L'emplacement et la communication avec l'hôte.

Great apartment in the center of Florentin. Very private. Easy check in. Friendly staff, called me and gave me a bigger apartment than what I ordered/needed. Beds are comfortable. The apartment was clean. Everything went well. Clean towels. Very good kitchen with everything needed. There was even a nice yard with a table and bench.

Living room had no curtains. The microwave plate had cracks in it. The yard floor was not clean. And the sofa in the living room had a bit of moldy smell.

- The location for us was great, we usually like to stay in this area when we visit Israel. - The room was small but comfortable for two, and one side of the bed was comfortable - the hot water and AC were great and worked well - we did not use anything to cook during our stay but the fridge was nice to have so we could keep water and fruit in our room; AC was strong and worked well - this was a very typical Florentin/TLV accommodation so it was as expected for the most part, and overall a decent stay. - proximity to bus stops, shops, restaurants, etc is great. Not super close to the beach but walkable if you desire, or close enough to a bus stop that gets you there.

- Host was not very responsive, it took him a while to get back to us when we messaged - We got 2 towels and 3 rolls of toilet paper for 2 weeks, which is not enough. When I asked for more I didnt get a response until the second time I asked, and by that point we already went out and purchased more for ourselves. - The noise is unfortunately a lot more than we expected/mentioned in these reviews. We are heavy sleepers and even for us it was a little much. The walls are very thin so anytime someone entered the building or walked in the hallway we could hear it, if they were talking it was as if they were in the room with us. The neighbours spent a few nights in their yard listening to music, talking, and cooking well into the middle of the night (2am) and the windows dont fully close, so it was very loud. They weren't doing anything wrong, just enjoying their space, but unfortunately the proximity of their yard and our room made it so that it was hard to sleep. If you do not like noise at night, this is probably not for you. - The bathroom was decent but there were lots of small flies in there; they didnt bug us too much as they didnt bite and stayed in the bathroom, but still worth noting. - one side of the bed was broken lol. Something with the slats on that side was off, making the bed uneven and not super comfortable on that side - there were no plugs in the bathroom which was a nuisance - The toilet was very loud and after flushing it would continue to make noise for some time. Not a huge deal but again if you are sensitive to noise it could be a factor for you
