The apartment and stairway were bright and fresh and clean. The apartment is on a tram line and near mini supermarkets, so it is very convenient. It's also only 20 minutes to walk into town. The garden terrace was perfect for relaxing outdoors. Comfortable beds and sofa bed. An apartment that sleeps 5 was perfect for us. One of the beds in the bedroom is set apart from the others so that gives some privacy too. Having a code for entry meant that our family could come and go as they pleased without the hassle of sharing a key.

There is only one sofa, so for a family of 5, 2 people had to sit on dining chairs. Maybe the room would look too crowded with additional seating though. There are very few basic provisions in the cupboard - just salt, pepper and cider vinegar. No cooking oil for example. Minimal tea/coffee and dishwasher pods/toilet roll - enough for 2 days rather than 10, and no detergent for the washing machine. The toiletries provided were only liquid hand soap and shampoo. It would be easy to make this aspect more guest-friendly. I did ask for replacement bin bags when the bin was full, and these were delivered.

The location was great, comfortable beds, sofa, big and clean space, great water pressure in bathroom

Mouldy bathroom I assume because of ongoing drainage problem, saw it being reported a year ago too(no water draining although two days after reporting they fixed it) pots are not compatible with induction,we couldn’t cook, there was only one fan for two rooms, heat was pretty bad, they were not able to provide another fan. No space or hangers for clothes.
