Great location, right in the heart of downtown, walkable to the ferry (maybe not if you have ton of luggage), right next door to the popular Papeete Market. Very modest, small room, but very clean. Bed was very comfy. There is a little balcony. Shared bathrooms, but they are literally across the hallways, maybe five steps distance. I would say this is more of a utilitarian place, if you need a quick sleep-over in between your flights or ferry ride. Not much space to really hang out/lounge around.
Of course, this is not the property's fault, but due to the central urban location, the street gets very busy with traffic at certain times of day so it can get a bit loud with scooter and truck noises. Once you close the patio door and windows, then you don't hear them any more. There is an A/C in the room though.

Le centre ville
Manque un ascenseur surtout lorsque l'on est en voyage avec de gros et lourds bagages.

The location is easy to reach and checkin independently
The property offers only 2 small towels
The bathrooms aren’t clean, it looks like they clean them from time to time, some mold was present in the bathroom.
There was no soap

"La stanza si trova al 2° piano di un palazzo in pieno centro proprio vicino al mercato coperto e a tantissimi negozi ed è quindi in una buona posizione per girare a piedi a Papeete. Ci sono dei codici..."
