Apt was clean and comfortable location was ok as described

On arrival, nobody to meet in person, as we had a late arrival time which was flagged in advance, once we found location of apt, we need to get the keys for the car park which were inside the apt, so we parked in the wrong car park not knowing this, therefore couldnt get our car out the next day, Host wasnt very helpful when trying to understand how we got access t our apt and we were left waiting for someone to pass us to help out, this was at 2am, which added to our stress he did send videos but when we didnt know the location it was hard to manage. it should have been highlighted the car park keys are in the apt first it would have been helpful
