No complaints about the location: the whole centre is close by and there is a grocery shop in the next building.

The air conditioning is centralised with no separate control per room: at 25 degrees the living room is fine, but the bedroom gets a very strong draught.The photographs are heavily retouched. The flat is recognisable, but almost everything in it that can be broken is broken. Some of the windows and balcony doors appear to have been simply nailed shut. The tap is held together by faith alone. The kitchen floor looks like rough village decking made of warped, untreated boards. The pedal on the bin does not work. The lighting is a mixture of warm and cold tones. There is black mould in the washing machine. The doors have dropped on their hinges, including the wardrobe doors. There is one mirror in the entire flat, in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor does not work. The televisions hang crooked, one of them literally on a single nail with a bundle of cables, and the one in the living room is far too small for the space and so slow that it cannot even start YouTube. On how the property is presented. The photographs suggest a good hotel, with elegant bottles of shower gel and shampoo; in reality you get four sachets of a few millilitres of something soapy. Coffee: three capsules of an unknown brand for three nights for two people. Two laundry capsules, stuck together and covered in slime. One rubbish bag was provided, while rubbish has to be taken to the far side of the road by the market. The windows are decorative. They are so dirty you cannot see the sun through them, yet they do nothing against noise; sleeping without earplugs is impossible. Security and communication. The lock is electric, and the instructions explain how to open it but omit that closing it requires pressing a button from the inside, so we spent the first night with the door effectively unlocked. The next morning we were woken by a man who rang the intercom for about an hour until we switched it off (five seconds on the far left button).

Location great. Facilities all good.

Towels were a little musty probably from how they are dried. Stairs were fine for us but are a little rustic and uneven. The lift only goes from the 1st floor so if you have elderly guests or people with less balance they would have to negotiate the first flight.

Location was amazing. Close to everything.

Just that the lift was not there on ground floor and lift was too small.

Ottima posizione e vista spettacolare

Siamo arrivati in tarda serata e al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto preparare il “letto” per far dormire i ragazzi perché il divano letto non era preparato nonostante avessimo prenotato per 4 persone. Caffè disponibile solo per una mattina e non per tutti, portandosi acqua e zucchero dal super, ovviamente servizi non d’obbligo, ma se decidi di metterli a disposizione dovrebbero essere completi. Prodotti da bagno disponibili, ma consiglio, per permanenze superiore ad una notte, di portarli con se perché a disposizione c’è solo un campioncino a testa. La prima sera 2 di noi hanno fatto la doccia freddissima, nonostante i primi 2 non avessero sprecato così tanta acqua(uno dei 2 è un bambino). Quando l’ho comunicato, mi è stato detto che avevamo a disposizione 1.000 l e che una volta finiti il boiler aveva bisogno di tempo, tutto giusto, peccato che era impossibile aver sprecato così tanta acqua, infatti, il giorno dopo siamo riusciti a lavarci tutti con acqua calda, quindi, qualcosa non ha funzionato (forse era stato acceso tardi e non aveva avuto il tempo di caricarsi completamente, non lo sapremo mai.) per il resto posizione ottima, comoda e con una vista pazzesca, ma diciamo che se dovessi consigliare questo appartamento lo consiglierei per 2 persone. Ottima idea la serratura a codice per non portarsi dietro chiavi ingombranti.
