The dining area was clean, quiet and peaceful. The room and floors were generally clean, and the complimentary shampoo and body wash were good quality. There was also a TV in the room.

Unfortunately, there was nobody at the property when I arrived, so I had to find a contact number through Booking.com and speak to someone by phone. I was also unsure how to operate the air conditioning and did not know the Wi-Fi details. As there was nobody at the property to ask, I again had to call the Booking.com contact number for assistance. Although the room and floors were generally clean, the bins had not been emptied. One of the pillowcases had clearly not been changed, with hair and makeup on it, and the pillowcases did not smell fresh. This was particularly frustrating as there was nobody available at the property to report this to. There were also no plug sockets near the bed, so I had to unplug the TV in order to charge my device. There was no complimentary drinking water or tea/coffee-making facility, and none of the windows could be opened.
