In the city center, yet quiet place.
Large room. Sufficient equipment.
Kitchen part of the room, equipped with everything necessary for cooking.
Keybox - flexible arrival time.
Parking was possible in the square, for a fee.
The advertised garden was not part of the house. You had to go across the street to another house. Which was quite inconvenient and annoying. You can't just walk out of your room into the garden with a glass of wine in your hand. You have to pack everything up, lock the door and go somewhere else.
The ad should be objective and emphasize this fact there.
