The apartment itself is wonderful - new, well equipped and with a fascinating panoramic view of the Kvarner bay. The flip side of this is that you are high up the hill, and unless you are young and sportive all attractions are out of your reach, having an evening walk, getting to a restaurant or a supermarket is really not easy.
We did not like the breakfast - neither the offer, nor the fact that there is no dining room in the house, just a small buffet in the entry hall. We had to carry the food from the buffet up to the apartment, bring the coffee mugs down from the apartment to fill them and take them up again, etc. It was only one floor up and down several times during breakfast, not impossible but also not quite convenient.

Super Aussicht, groß und sauber.
Hellhörig und das Frühstück ist weit entfernt von „Hervorragend“: Sehr kleine Auswahl (Minibrote, Croissants, Cornflakes, Saft, Milch, Cafe, Marmelade, Honig & Nutella); Pancakes und Eier waren keine da. Cornflakes waren alt und sehr weich. Ungekühltes Yoghurt/Wurst. Lebensmittelmotten in den Keksen!
