Firstly we couldn’t access the property at time arranged we had to wait until cleaning had finished this was very frustrating after we had driven over 3.5 hours with children in car Check in and check out times were not standard. There was a bad smell in the kitchen area and after investigation we found a rotten banana in cupboard (We cleaned cupboard ) Insufficient linen provided and linen provided was not laundered to good standard (ironing ) Fire extinguisher and fire blanket were outside, smoke alarms were not working . Toilet in house constantly blocking and a plunger supplied to fix problem?? Food provided half opened and orangeJuice already opened and used by others No bread provided all condiments opened used coffee pods on bench and in machine. Half used body washes and soaps in shower and bathroom Outside cabin very bad smell from drains Also cockroach crawling in shower. Two bedrooms and lounge room without curtains Bath mats placed all around the house covered in crumbs and food, beds where all below standard, falling apart when the kids hopped in. Pool gate faulty and extremely dangerous for young children, uneven pavers around pool and outdoor area. Camera facing outdoor area made us uncomfortable. Ladder for kids play ground was unsafe and easily taken off and moved around, cubby house out the back had no railing and no safe guard against kids falling from a high distance. The photos of the house inside and out were nothing like the photos on [link removed] Different furniture (nice furniture) was in the photos. False advertising No tea towels, or properly laundered towels. Toilet smell throughout the house. Dangerous entrance no handrail step very high wood provided?? Contacted owner after stay with no response

Beautiful property with a rustic charm. Loved the beautiful natural garden. Kids had a great time at the pool, the cubby house and slide. Truly relaxing holiday. Host was gracious, kind and helpful. One of our best vacations this year. For sure we are coming again ! Thank you to the host and team for putting so much efforts to make our stay wonderful.

I loved the calm, peaceful atmosphere, nature, and pool. Kids went crazy with the tree house and slides. Overall, it was a wonderful, memorable experience. The host was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Property is in a great location as well. For sure, we would go back again.

It was great to have all of the breakfast options available, made it very homely. Had everything that you need. very clean and tidy. easy to communicate with owners.

Just as a suggestion, would make one of the other bedrooms have a double bed just to provide more sleeping options, but overall had a great stay.

Beautiful large property at great location. It's more like a private resort with a stunning pool, pergola and garden ! Host was very kind, responsive and super helpful. Property was absolutely clean, stylish, welcoming and well stocked. Ample parking space. Kids had a gala time in the large backyard, slide, tree house and pool. Pictures here do not do justice ! Overall amazing place. We would be here again easily and soon.

Overall stay was fabulous. The location was very convenient, charming rustic home ambience, the beautiful gardens and pool. It was just what we all needed. A nice quiet place to retreat and not far from City.
