Hot Tub especially. Over all we liked the whole place.

The house was exceptionally clean and the hot tub was fantastic had most things you would need for a few days away very good location for Oxford and the games supplied were good
The hot tub was cold on Friday night when we arrived which was very disappointing as the whole reason for booking was for the hot tub so unfortunately couldn’t use it Friday evening which quite annoying but Roo did come out very quickly and assured us it would be fine next day
Which it was but still felt very disappointed not being able to use first night
Couple of things no dishcloth in the kitchen and really think you need some placements and coasters for the dining table

Lovely property clean spacious,
The constant signs and reminders about noise, we are a quite family and had constant messages from the host re the noise at 7pm if you are going to rent out your property you need to expect some noise, we have young children and were celebrating a birthday was disappointing and the constant smell of weed from the neighbours
