Clean, with lots of room to spread out. The location was excellent, only 15-20 minute walk to some of the attractions in Nimes.

Check-in instructions were non-existant. We were asked when we would be arriving, and no other communication was received, despite our messages to the host. We arrived 45 minutes early and the gate was locked, so our car was awkwardly stuck in the lane. A neighbour got us into the parking court and phoned our host. Apparently he just sits in his 2nd floor window watching for the arrival of guests at the stated arrival time, and then runs down with keys to let them into the court and into the apartment. It was somewhat traumatic and worrisome. There must be better communication and there must be a better way to check in.

The location.

The heater in the bathroom did not work. Apparently it hasn't worked for a week before our stay. But we were not told until we asked on the second day of our stay. We arrived on the 31rst of october and frankly a heater in the bathroom was needed. While I was still writing this comment the owner sent me a message because he did not appreciate the first part of the evaluation.
