Exceptional service from very friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Food was also great.
Nothing.

The property was in a lovely position in the hills amongst the tea plantations. Big airy rooms and lovely staff. It is a short taxi ride into town.
The beds seemed really pretty hard, but I had an amazing nights sleep!! Good breakfast.
The staff worked really hard to sort out a problem we had, and managed it which I appreciate wasn’t easy. Great dedication to the client!! Thank you.

Overall property stay and cleanliness.
Lack of resources like gym, spa, kids play area but we understand it will be ready by this year end.
