First of all, the host was the friendliest man ever. My sister forgot a jacket in the apartment, and the host had it brought to the train station to hand it over to us when we were passing through on our way back from Khiva to Tashkent.
Please bear in mind that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator, so it might be a bit inconvenient for the kids and the elderly.
There was a little mechanical issue with the washing machine that I only noticed on the afternoon before the checkout so I couldn't do my laundry. I'm sure it's fixed by now, though.
