Fantastic location, well maintained luxury appartment with everything you could need. The hot-tub outside in the deluxe suites are also located in an indoor room which I hadn’t expected so imo makes this property suitable as an all year round choice for enjoying all the facilities on offer and not just for the the warmer months. The artwork located throughout the property also showcased some stunning views around Blackpool which my daughter was particularly impressed by and the spa bath is massive, so very relaxing for a long soak!! The Prosecco on arrival, towels shaped into an elephant in the master bedroom, complimentary tea/coffee and toiletries were also a nice touch. However the biggest up goes to the honesty of the lovely cleaning lady who came across a rather expensive watch belonging to my partner, that our daughter had kindly decided to move from the bedside table out of sight to ‘keep it safe for Daddy’ in a drawer and resulted in us leaving it behind and immediately sourced our contact details and called us to let us know to return for it before we headed home, all before we’d even realised it was missing!! Fabulous customer service skills!! We will definitely return next time we visit Blackpool!!

No complaints at all from us, we were very happy with our stay.

Lovely and clean hot tub was amazing 🤩

Clean and very comfortable just what I wanted in very good location very easy to find

Everything was on point

It was very clean and Prosseco was a nice touch

Wasn't the room that was shown on booking.com. was much smaller. Bedroom no wardrobe or drawers and for a 3 night stay it was much needed. Bed was a sml double and was pushed against the wall so could only exit one side (my partner had to stay on the couch 2 of the nights as too much disruption getting in an out the bed) Bathroom too sml, toilet no room, you touched the shower screen an wall. Sofa in lounge had no arms on, so zero relaxing, and was rock hard. The only plug sockets in lounge was 1 double that was for kettle toaster etc no other plug sockets so nowhere to dry or style your hair as zero sockets near the mirror on the wall. We paid extra for the hot tub but unfortunately too much chlorine was added to the pool and it stung both our eyes + there wasn't enough vents to let the steam out, we only used it once in 3days. The outdoor area was very tired as was the outdoor furniture. This was 100% not a luxury place to stay!! We stay away regular and no what the term luxury is and im sorry but this was NOT luxury!! And 100% this house has zero soundproofing as we could hear word for word our neighbours and every footstep above us!
