This room was like a small apartment. Clean, comfortable, and easy to work remotely out of. Internet was a bit glitchy at times but nothing incredibly hard to handle! Owner was super responsive with an easy question (about coffee, thank you!) I will definitely save this in my favorite locations for future trips

I’m giving this property 5 stars even though the sewer line backed up twice in one week. Jason, the owner displayed the absolute best customer service ever. The first incident when the sewer backed up he responded and immediately refunded me $100 for the inconvenience. Mind you, this was out of his control. Two days later it happened again. The bathroom was flooded and didn’t want to deal with it again. We texted Jason and told him we were leaving one day early. I asked if he would refund the one night stay. Jason replied he was going to refund the entire weeks total charge. I was grateful but more importantly I have faith that customer service is still alive and working! The unit was beautiful. Thank you Jason

The Suite was as pictured and described. We were happy to be able to cook our own meals. You can get to Whole Foods by the Deuce bus. We had wished there were instructions for the use of all the appliances, especially the washer and dryer. The bathroom was large and sleek. Your bedroom is located next to an elevator if you are a light sleeper. Bed was very comfortable. You can get to the Monorail with indoor walkways. The Strip is about a 10 minute walk from the entrance of building. Watching all the plane activity from your balcony is very entertaining.

I loved this property since the first day they opened and viewed on a pre-sale. Excellent on MGM campus next to top golf. Free valet parking, Starbucks and if you want a casino or nightlife MGM grand just a short indoor walk. Rooms are spacious and this particular one had a balcony overlooking the airport and MGM pool. It’s a fairly quiet hotel and this particular unit borders the elevator bank next to the bedroom. The trade off is you get an extended balcony.

Could use an update, especially with the flooring. A big pile of dirty towels was on the washing machine when we got there. Otherwise, a nice property.

Easy to find property with walkable connection to the MGM Grand. Liked the overall space layout with kitchen, separated bedroom and living spaces, and two baths. Faced a big pool party on Saturday and Sunday so made for fun people watching from 30 floors up!
I’d stay here again for a future visit to Vegas.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for six nights and the unit was exactly as described and beautiful! The view off the balcony is over the MGM Grand pool area and beyond that is the airport. We enjoyed watching the planes take off and land. It should be noted that the extended balcony is a shared balcony with the unit next to us but no one was staying there so we had it to ourselves. The property manager was very responsive, answering email questions in a timely manner. The only thing lacking was instruction on how to handle garbage. Others were placing their garbage bags outside the door or by elevators so we did the same. There were also no instructions on how to leave the property but I always cleanup after myself, place dishes in dishwasher and towels and sheets in the washer. Oh and the washer is also a dryer which was interesting but it worked. Would def stay here again

Overall room was great. Water gets fills up the first shower so it eventually feels like you are standing ina puddle while showering. Parking was horrible and valet pick and chose who they would allow to valet so I ended up spending money on parking at the mgm grand self park and then had to Uber to the room. Nothing was consistent about the parking experience and I felt that I spent more money than necessary when parking was supposed to be free at the mgm signature.
