Our family had an amazing time on Beaver Lake and exploring Eureka Springs! This was our third trip to the Beaver Lake area and by far our favorite. We had previously stayed in Bentonville and this location was so much more convenient to enjoy the lake. It was less than a 5 min. drive to Lost Bridge Marina where we were able to find a rental slip for our boat. I traveled with my husband and our three kids who are 8, 10, and 12. The house was set up perfectly for our family. My 2 younger kids loved the upper loft bunk room and my tween enjoyed his own room. You can tell that the home was remodeled by an interior designer. The choices are all on trend and the mood is modern but with a cozy cabin vibe. The blend of wood tones, color, and fabric was really well done. The 2 bathrooms were beautiful and I enjoyed a long soak in the brand new tub in the master bathroom to relax at the end of the night. The home has 2 large outdoor seating areas and a fire pit. It has the feel of a tree house! A previous review listed the laundry area as a negative of the property, but I disagree. It was clean and it worked perfectly to bring in wet towels, mountain biking gear, and UTVing gear directly into the laundry room located under the deck directly next to the parking area. It was convenient not to have to drag everything through the home. We didn't use the community center but drove by and the pool area and the beach access looked really nice. We will definitely be back!

Property was as pictured, however laundry is not in the house but in attached room. Check-in and out was easy.

This place was cozy and spacious at the same time. Loved the setup.
