A Wonderful Stay — Would Highly Recommend
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The front desk team was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast and housekeeping staff were equally kind and accommodating.
Our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Maria is a consummate hostess and housekeeper. Perfect location centrally located around shopping and sites. Ideally should update details to reflect accurate city tax (7 EU not 6 - per person per day).

The property was centrally located so that every place I needed to get to was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. I had to check-in after 7 pm and Daniel provided easy and clear instructions to check myself in. I also had to check-out really early, and Daniel again was very helpful in setting up a 4 am taxi pickup on a Sunday morning. Staying at this place made me feel like I was renting out a nice little apartment in the center of Florence! Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend staying here to others!
