FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. BEST HOTEL IN OUR ENTIRE TOUR OF GERMANY AND AUSTRIA. SPARKLING MODERN ROOM AND SPARKLING BATHROOM. SUPERB FURNISHING. BEST OF FACILITIES. OOH IF ONLY I COULD GET BACK THERE AGAIN.

NOTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THIS HOTEL. ALL GREAT AND POSITIVE. THE ONLY THING I DIDNT LIKE WAS MY DESTINY TO HAVE BOOKED IT FOR JUST ONE NIGHT !!!!!!

It was all ok

The location and breakfast were very good. The bedroom was comfortable, but I had to use two single beds instead of one double bed. They were also narrow, like for kids, not adults. The staff's attention was lovely.

When I called the hotel from Berlin, my call was answered by an AI assistant called TOM. There was no way to convince this “guy” to transfer me to the front desk. He kept repeating that business hours started at 8:00 a.m. and offered to send me information instead. I tried calling several times after 9:00 a.m., but the experience was still frustrating. The parking system is ridiculous. You cannot stop in front of the hotel without risking a fine, and you cannot access the parking area unless you book first. The entrance to the curved parking area is also very narrow, creating a significant risk of scratching your car. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone with a large vehicle. Judging by the damage to the wall and the post, as shown in the photos, this problem appears to have existed for years, yet the hotel does not seem to have taken any meaningful action to address it. Certainly, the manager does not care about it. The hotel needs to seriously review both its customer service and parking arrangements.

Posizione eccellente, all'inizio della zona pedonale del centro storico, che ci ha consentito di visitare tutti i luoghi a piedi ma anche di rientrare in hotel per brevi pause diurne. Ambiente non di fascino ma moderno e molto ben organizzato. Camera confortevole, ben arredata, spaziosa e silenziosa. Ottima, abbondante e varia la colazione a buffet, sia salata che dolce. Bagno cieco, ben fornito. Bollitore con caffè e the disponibili. Efficiente e silenziosa l'aria condizionata. Personale gentile. Facile il carico/scarico bagagli di fronte all'hotel. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo prenoteremmo di nuovo in caso di ritorno a Dresda (città splendida)!

Parcheggio disponibile nel garage dell'hotel al costo di 21 euro/giorno (ma vi sono a 5' a piedi molti parcheggi pubblici scoperti, con parcometro a CC, con ampia disponibilità al costo di 6 euro/giorno, max per 3 giorni). Tutto il resto perfetto (soprattutto posizione e facilità di parcheggio)!
