We had a wonderful stay at Gîte du Manor De Berville. We specifically chose the property for its rural location with easy access to a nearby town and villages. The property itself is beautifully restored and very tastefully decorated. Our bedroom was very spacious and extremely comfortable. It was very peaceful at nighttime.The facilities both inside and outside the house are excellent. The kitchen is very well stocked and the common dining and sitting room areas are very comfortable. The outdoor areas are equally exquisite with a jacuzzi and swimming pool available, all set with a view of the surrounding beautiful countryside. The car parking area is large and very secure. Paolo, our host was extremely friendly and was always in contact with assistance and suggestions for places to visit, restaurants etc. We opted for breakfast and Paolo was very accommodating to our choices. The kitchen area also made for very convivial morning chats with our charming fellow guests. I highly recommend this property for a peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings yet with easy access to the various sights of Normandy and a slightly less than 2 hour trip time to Cherbourg when unfortunately we had to leave for home!

Manoir de Berville is a farm house set in pleasant grounds with an exceptional pool area and hot tub. Paolo the host was charming and gave my family a lovely welcome. Thanks again for the welcome basket.

Our grandchildren are 4 years and 6 years - I was a little nervous of the pool area and stairs but I made sure we were equipped with arm bands and floaters before starting the holiday.

The Gite was a beautiful traditional Normandie farm house that has been superbly and sensitively modernised. The bedrooms were spacious and well equipped. The pool are is superb and not forgetting the bonus of a separate jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful rolling hills of the Normandie countryside. Stunning! Our host was attentive and incredibly hospitable, we couldn’t have asked for more.
