House was clean and had the correct number of beds/rooms. Host/manager was responsive via text and made every attempt to supply group woth missing items.
House is older, so several things were out of repair (vent in bathroom, a few bed frames, dryer vent connection). No spare linens, not enough towels for guest count, no extra toilet paper, broom was missing.

The location was close to everything we needed. The house was nice and clean.
The grass wasn't cut. All the TVs were small and up high.
