The property’s outside space was lovely. The pool area was great with lots of places to sit, umbrellas for the shade, and obviously the pool. The house itself looks beautiful from the outside and just like the pictures. The house has two double bedrooms with double beds and a single bedroom on the first floor. The main toilet and shower room was on the ground floor. The second bathroom room was on the second / top floor. The kitchen has a dining table and the conservatory also has another dining space. Outside features a BBQ and another picnic table. It had all the equipment we could need for our 11 night stay, lots of towels, kitchen equipment, washing machine etc. The hosts were all incredibly helpful and very friendly. Paul was super helpful in helping us find the house and is originally from England so great for a first timer in Italy when you are lost. Halfway through our stay some very lovely Italian hosts brought us clean bed linen and took the dirty ones away. Overall we had a great stay here so thanks very much!

Just a suggestion: but more sofas would be helpful. There were only 3 comfy spaces - two on the sofa and one arm chair - which meant our family of 5 struggled to sit in the evening. Another sofa would have been helpful as there is plenty of space. There was also a very strong smell coming from the drains. We kept all toilet/shower room doors shut to keep the smell out of the main house. Again I’m not sure if this is something that can be helped or fixed but it caught us off guard. This isn’t the properties fault but the time of year (August) we went meant there were a lot of mosquitoes and we got eaten alive!

Rust en ruimte

Fantastisk dejlig og idyllisk natur, fred og ro, privatliv, egen pool, autentisk italiensk. Vi så vildsvin i haven om natten, fra badeværelsesvinduet, en sjov oplevelse. Floden, som man kan gå til fra huset, var skøn at bade i, og der er mange muligheder for oplevelser, hvis man kører efter det. Sød og engelsktalende personale, der kunne kontaktes.

Badeværelset lugtede af kloak, især efter brug af bad og toilet. Der var mange myrer i soveværelset. Poolen blev ikke rengjort som forventet undervejs, men efter kontakt med personalet blev det ordnet. Den ene seng var meget hård.

Location is lovely

The third bedroom is actually off another bedroom. This is not described nor photographed and is misleading. There is not a proper door on the third bedroom but a concertina that is noisy to open and shut and privacy is compromised. If I’d have known we wouldn’t have booked The pizza oven doesn’t work and could have easily been sorted. Electricity supply limited and twice cut out during our stay.
