Good location. Very well decorated

4th floor without elevator but we knew that beforehand

not much, maybe the hot water?

where to begin? absolutely nothing at all indicates you're at the correct place. the exterior faces a very shabby and dirty courtyard, none of the mailboxes inside say Torine. the directions did not arrive ahead of time or I probably could have avoided hauling my suitcase around for 30 minutes and then bugging the nice waiters at the restaurant around the corner trying to find it. but even the canned directions are not adequate. Maps got me there but again NOTHING indicated that this was the place. I beg you to put some identifier inside the lobby or outside the door. . not to mention NOTHING in the description says it's up 4 flights of stairs and if you have mobility issues maybe this isn't the place for you! this is important stuff folks and I can't believe no one has complained about it before.
