There is no point of giving like or rates when you receive a call to cancel your booking at the last moment. If the property was not available then you should not confirm the bookings. Don't call anyone to cancel thier booking. Very bad experience I would say.

The caretaker, Mr Chote, is an amazing person. He made sure the stay was pleasant. The dinner that we ordered was superb, just like my own home.
The location is a bit tricky to find. There could be 2 locations suggested on Google maps with this name. We reached the other one, but the host made sure we reach the actual location by sharing timely details.

Deepak was the main guy taking care of us. He was very polite and a great host and cook.

very clean rooms. room size is ok. in house caretaker available. you can get home cooked food also.
railing has no glasses or iron rods so little unsafe for children. very limited breakfast options available. inside parking was not available for us.
