Good hotel, clean and warm, as well as good AC. The kitchenettes are mainly for show - I really doubt you could do anything other than make a one-pot meal or some pasta. It's set a bit out of the way in quite an industrial park of town, but it's a short walk to the main strip for food. The building was modern and clean.
The location, but as long as you are fit enough for short walks, it's fine. Niagara Park was about 30 minutes away. No breakfast, but TBH, that's not a big deal. The rooms are only serviced on request and we didn't know that. The WiFi requires a login via a web page that needs your name and room number; not a big deal, but it stymied my attempts to use my Google TV.

Huge bed and had everything we needed. The shower was amazing. Common room was a great touch
The light on the microwave made the room very bright but maybe there’s a way to turn that off. That was our only negative!!

There was no breakfast
No water provided or available. Lobby did not have fresh water and the rooms did not have water. The bathroom smelled when we arrived. Room was comfy but location for the price, $500 per night, is not acceptable.
