Good location. Lovely room and facilities. Parking was a bonus.

The walk back uphill could be issue for some people but it’s a hilly area so you can’t really avoid it and it gives the place the character.

We stayed here for the week Kim was a great host - the location was a short walk into Padstow. Clean room and bathroom. She even picked us up from the station. Thanks so much! Would recommend to any couple

Wish we could have stayed longer

Excellent place to stay in Padstow with free parking. Kim has thought of everything you could ever need -and more. There are so many teas and coffees- great to get the decaf options too thank you. The room was lovely and everything was good quality. Great to have a little fridge in the room with milk and water. Kim even provided croissants and dishes and spoons for cereal so we didn’t need to go out for breakfast . Kim is a great host -so helpful and with good recommendations. We loved Padstow, and being able to walk down into the town and harbour and back was a big bonus. There are some lovely beaches in the area to drive to too- on the estuary and on the Coast. Would definitely return if we’re in the area again.
