We had an absolutely wonderful 7-day stay in Perea, and everything was perfect from beginning to end! ❤️ The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well taken care of. The cleanliness was truly exceptional. Our apartment was cleaned every single day, with fresh towels, fresh bed sheets, the trash taken out, and everything mopped and organized regularly. The cleaning lady was especially lovely — such a kind, warm, and hardworking woman. She always made sure everything was perfect for us, and she even arranged the towels into beautiful little hearts and different shapes on the bed, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch! 🥰 The location was also fantastic. There are many restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, and souvenir shops just a short walk from the apartment. The sea view was beautiful, and being so close to everything made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The staff were all extremely nice, polite, and welcoming. On our last day, we were running a little late with check-out, and they were so understanding and kind. They told us there was absolutely no problem and that we could take our time packing, which we really appreciated. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The cleanliness, location, staff, hospitality, and attention to detail were all amazing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perea! ❤️🌊✨

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. ❤️

Das Appartement hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand. Es gibt viele Tavernen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung

Alles, was man braucht, war wie in der Beschreibung vorhanden. Es wurde jeden Tag gewischt und die Handtücher wurden ausgewechselt. Das Personal und der Besitzer oder Manager waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Meer war vor der Haustür, man musste maximal 30 Schritte dahin laufen. Als wir einzogen, war der Kühlschrank kaputt, weil die Vorgänger die Türe des Gefrierfachs offen gelassen hatten. Es trat stinkende Kühlflüssigkeit heraus. Wir haben es dem Besitzer gemeldet und am nächsten Tag wurde der Kühlschrank durch einen neuen ausgewechselt. Bis dahin wurde uns angeboten den Kühlschrank der Taverne zu nutzen und uns dort mit Wasser zu bedienen. Dass mal etwas kaputt geht ist normal - dass es schnellstmöglich ausgewechselt wird ist aber ein super Service und zeigt wie pflichtbewusst und Kundenfreundlich das Personal ist.

Obwohl alles sehr sauber war und täglich geputzt wurde, waren rote Flecken an der Wand über dem Bett und ein wenig oben am Kopfteil des Bettes. Man kam damit nicht in Berührung aber dennoch wäre es schöner, wenn die Flecken nicht dort gewesen wären.

Разположението е отлично. Просторна тераса, от която се вижда голяма част от плажната ивица и залеза. В студиото всичко е точно като на снимките. Плажът е на две крачки, както свободна зона, така и плажни заведения с консумация. Настаниха ни много бързо, по-рано дори от определения час за настаняване. Когато се настанихме в стаята беше приятно, чисто и прохладно. Спалното бельо и хавлиите се сменят всеки ден. Помислено е за кана с гореща вода, за да си направиш чай/кафе за начало на слънчевия ден. Собственикът има ресторант точно под сградата. Препоръчвам с две ръце. Цените са нормални, обслужването е чудесно, храната изключително вкусна, помислено е за всяко удобство на клиента.

Ежедневното почистване беше незадоволително. От моята страна на леглото така и не замитаха мръсотията, само в централната част на стаята почистваха. В банята имаше проблем с канализационната система и когато се къпехме, водата се връщаше от сифона и за малко да наводним стаята. Паркингът е строителна площадка и всеки си спира както му дойде. В 99% колата ни беше блокирана от други коли и имаме късмет, че не ни се наложи да тръгваме на някъде по спешност (болница напр.).
