The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.
I wish our "seaview" was described as "partial". It would also have been nice to have a kettle in the room and a coffee machine to go with the coffee pods that were offered in the kitchen, but we lijed the sandwich grill.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, although quite remote. The food in the hotel restaurant was genuinely very good. One of the best in the neighbourhood.
The service was often very slow and disorganised, with orders sometimes arriving only partially. Our suite was not properly equipped; we were missing basic items such as pans, plates and glasses and had to ask for them. Housekeeping was disappointing as well: apart from receiving plenty of towels, the bathroom, toilet and kitchen were not properly cleaned.
The biggest disappointment was the boat trip. We had agreed and paid for five hours, but after 3,5 hours the captain was instructed to return. The total experience was gone actually. And unfortunately this was not resolved properly
