We booked an apartment for 3 weeks, and unfortunately faced multiple issues during our stay. First and foremost, the refrigerator was a significant problem. Upon our arrival, it was not functioning. Though it was repaired in 3 days, it broke down again halfway through our stay, taking another 8 days to fix. This malfunction resulted in a lot of wasted food. The daily trips to the store not only consumed my time but were also more expensive as smaller packages tend to be pricier than bulk items. The communication regarding the refrigerator repairs was also problematic. The repairmen would only inform us of their arrival on the day itself. This lack of prior notice restricted our plans, and many places we intended to visit were missed. Another inconvenience was the single set of bed linen provided for our 3-week stay. When given to the laundry, we had no spare set to use. This led to an unfortunate situation where we had to sleep on damp linen as it didn’t dry by evening. Further, the washing machine had its own issues. It would occasionally refuse to open at the end of a wash cycle, forcing a restart. Additionally, the drying facilities were inadequate. While there was a hanger on the balcony, it was only suitable for items on hangers. Given the limited number of hangers in the apartment, drying larger items was a challenge. Lastly, the condition of the kitchenware was subpar. The pots and pans were heavily scratched, and some handles were on the verge of breaking off, requiring careful handling.

Overall everything went well. Refireger was a bit noisy and non-working at times.
