It was a very short stay - just for the night as we travelled to visit family, but the room was perfect. Everything was clean, and the room was well appointed. The decor was cool, and the downtown location was great. We had wonderful customer service, suggesting places to eat while in town. Very helpful. Oh, and the water, coffee, and snacks available down the hall were perfect. Just what we needed.
Will try to stop by again on our travels.

Value.
Limited TV. Small room, no extravagant chair or table. Shower was clean but limited force. There was no on premise staff. If you needed or had a problem, you needed to call. However they promptly fixed it.

Comfy beds, nicely appointed room. Although unstaffed, the texted directions for checkin and checkout were clear and easy to use.
My room did not have any windows. It sorta felt like a closet. The AC unit had a bright light that interrupted my sleep. Bring a face mask!

Staci was very helpful upon check-in. Booking.com did that forward our contact information so she was unable to text us access. She did answer her phone calls and make sure we secured entry.
The description and pictures on Booking.com were inaccurate in our opinion. The Hideout room did not have any windows. It was very dark and uninviting. The room did not have a closet or any chairs or sitting area. The furniture in the room was limited to two beds an end table and a closet rack. There wasn’t a microwave or a coffee machine in the room. They were down the hall shared with other guests. This was more of a Airbnb room situation rather than a boutique hotel.
