Розташування, та ціна, привітна власниця маєтку.

it was clean, spacious and comfortable; the owner who was an elderly woman, was kind and responsive; the kitchen has all the necessary utensils ( but the hot plate was extremelyyy slow so I can definitely recommend to not use it if you want to be calm during ur vacation)
the location is definitely not for families or people without car; it is located in a neighbourhood with really steep streets and it feels like it is thousands of kilometers from the beach and center
