We loved the look at the property and it was great to have the kitchen.
The sofa looks great but is not comfortable.
The shower wouldn’t drain fast so we had to have very quick showers otherwise it would have flooded.
The bed only had a comforter and didn’t have a way to change the sheets. I was a bit creeped out by this as we didn’t know if the whole comforter was washed or not.
We had to pay a £200 deposit in case we made any damage. We did receive the deposit back but it just felt a bit weird to have to pay for this.

Clean, well equipped, light-filled studio.
Location closer to Leeds 6 than Headingley. Otherwise good value for money. Opposite the Royal Park hotel.

Nice room, as expected in photos.
Area was a bit run down, lots of graffiti on the neighbourhood buildings.
No hand rail at top of stairs.
