The staff were very friendly, helpful, and cooperative. They allowed us to check in around two hours early and also gave us a late check-out for around two hours, which we really appreciated. The room and the hotel were clean and quiet, the atmosphere was nice, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room was also well equipped with a fridge, kettle, and microwave. The location is very convenient and very close to El Mamsha. Overall, it offers good value for money.
The Wi-Fi was not working properly, and there was no clear introduction or explanation about the hotel facilities and services when we arrived. There was also no daily housekeeping. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were quite small. The swimming pool was also not clean on the day we checked it.

I like the receptionist he was kind and helpful, the bar stuff were not
The breakfast was not good at all, they charged us for the coffee. The WiFi was very bad that one whole day was not working and the rest the signal is far and it gets disconnected. The pool was not warmed and the dogs also cats were drinking from it.
