Nice location, quite clean linnen and room, good wifi, well equipped shared kitchen in the bottom floor, good communication to the staff, fair price
In reality rooms and facilities look much older than in pictures, no good way of air circulation, toilet/bathroom isn't well designed, so it is uncomfortable to use because of the shower water barrier on the floor on the entrance, in the same time water stayed there after shower because the tile angle is wrong. A bit of mold smell in the bathroom and in the room, even we opened windows. Lights are low in the room.

La stanza accogliente, balcone molto grande anche se pioveva e quindi non abbiamo potuto sfruttarlo, a 10 minuti in auto dal centro, zona tranquilla.
la porta del terrazzo da aggiustare, televisione non funzionante

The location is super nice; near the japanese garden and the sea and the town. Adequate amenities and have quite a rustic medieval charm.
It doesnt look like the picture and quite old. Some parts like bedding, curtain, shower curtain could be renewed as it is not very clean. The name of the place doesnt match the website.

Very clean, and the room was nice and warm
During my stay there was no hot water for two days, no toilet paper, and no coffee filters provided. Communication was difficult both before and during the stay — staff on location didn’t speak any of the three languages I tried.
Overall, a fair stay, but these issues definitely need attention.
