The host was so very accommodating! One of us had to return a borrowed car to a certain location, which made our arrival later than we had planned. Our host was extremely gracious about our lateness and also with her time, meeting us and giving us many helpful suggestions about where to eat and what to see. We especially enjoyed the suggestions that were alternatives to Butchart Gardens (which we absolutely love but did not want to be limited to) times.

excellent communication with the owner and quick response to getting into the property. Was accommodating with arrival and departure time requests. Parking was available on the beautiful property and we felt like we were at a luxury resort.
We had no complaints at all for anything. The tea and coffee kitchen was excellently laid out. The only thing we would have liked was the possibility to have a small cup of milk for morning coffee, or a non-dairy creamer powder available.

Beautiful ocean view, clean home and great service.

Location, convenience, comfort, quiet, and a simply beautiful property.
The only thing missing was a better kitchen area with more counter space and a sink.
