The location is ideal—right within the Old Town walls near the Pile Gate, with plenty of restaurants just steps away. Coming to Dubrovnik, we were worried about steep climbs, but there are very few stairs to reach the entrance of the building. While the property doesn't have an elevator, it wasn't a problem at all thanks to Gasper. He was an amazing host who kindly helped us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. We certainly recommend this place.
The fridge is really tiny and the shower was a little bit of a challenge for seniors like us.

Location right by the Old Town. I can go back to rest anytime.
Gasper was very kind to help me with my heavy luggages up and down the stairs and to Pile Gate on my check out date.
He gave me information to go around Dubrovnik as well.
Thanks for everything, Gasper.
You are the best!

We absolutely loved our stay in Dubrovnik! Gasper is truly wonderful and makes you feel so welcome from the moment you arrive that you honestly want to stay for a month! The location is perfect, and the place itself was everything we hoped for—beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we imagined for our stay in Dubrovnik. We had such a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
Everything was perfect

The guy who welcomed us was very cordial and informative. Provided us with a map of the area and explained a few things for us.
The room was very basic and small. The furniture feels a bit outdated. I booked in 5 other places in Croatia, including another place in Dubrovnick for my return and unfortunately this room did not meet my expectations. The clothes closet/cabinet needs to be attached to the wall. It almost fell on us a couple of times. As others have mentioned, the mattress is hard, the shower needs a wall or curtain, and the fridge is miniscule.
