Nice and clean, atmosphere was great and hospitality was Awesome.
Big problem was there is no sign outside of the name or the Riad, so somebody passing dosn't know it is there, if your arriving late down the dark alley ways your not know that you are there and the GPS location is not 100%.

Location in the heart of Medina (expect ~3-5 mins walk) is excellent, close to many tourists attractions.
Very calm place, a bit dark inside the room when windows are closed.
Room does look as in photos, WiFi works great.
But the hosts are so nice! Very caring and helpful, ready to accommodate any request.

Central location but hard to find.
Traditional building was amazing but very small room. No light shade in the centre of the room and ceiling fixing loose. Wardrobe hinge came off. One wall socket did not function. Bathroom bin was damaged and the lid broken. Such a shame as these are easy to fix issues.
