cleanliness, aesthetic of the room

i can't find it yet

The Staff was really nice and friendly, the room was big and at first it looked good.

The AC unit wasn’t clean; we woke up every morning with sore throats without knowing why, and when we checked it, it was full of dust. The bed was broken, and moving even slightly made a lot of noise. The shower head holder was damaged, though still usable. The fridge was very small and lacked a freezer, though that wasn't necessarily a problem. The room safe was locked/jammed, so we couldn't store our belongings inside. Also, there was a very unpleasant smell outside in the evenings; while we understand this is an external issue beyond the hotel's control, it’s worth noting for future guests.
