The staff was absolutely perfect in terms of welcoming, helpfulness, making sure that disability lift was usable.
They are very pet friendly and the coast is 5 minutes walk away.
Fantastic breakfast and there is a very sophisticated steakhouse 1 minute walk away
Nothing that we experienced was imperfect

Amazing friendly staff, especially the lady that took our breakfast order every day. Everything was very clean and looked very New. I’m assuming they’ve had a referb recently. Great pool area really comfy sun loungers.
The breakfast area was very small. As this was the end of season I think they do this downstairs whereas I believe there’s an upstairs restaurant on the roof which must be more spacious. It felt quite cramped. The room was nice although quite small and it could’ve done with some extra places to put things hooks shelves, etc. The coffee machine at breakfast. Was not fit for purpose it kept running out of milk water and it took forever to pour a coffee meaning there was always a massive queue. On the last day it was actually not working so they were making the coffees by hand in the kitchen overall a great day friendly staff really clean and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
