1. The area that this apartment is in does not feel safe especially at night. 2. We could only communicate with the concierge by text which was very slow. 3. The concierge kept leaving out details as to how we could pick up the keys to the property (didn't give us the code to the outside gate) so it took ages. 4. She couldn't tell us where the car park was. When we finally managed to figure it out she also couldn't tell us which parking bay to use until after we had left for our evening out. 5. When we got back to the apartment we could not remove the key from the door lock on the outside of the door despite trying for 45 minutes. Messaging the concierge was not successful! The next morning we still couldn't get the key out of the door. 6. The property management company have now taken half our security deposit claiming we stole their towels which we definitely DID NOT. We are 5 professional people who are not in need of someone else's towels!
