La posizione è eccellenti per Villa Vittoria, utile ai congressi

Location was close to the train station and local shops however also close to many transient people as well. It was also hard to find, the elevator only fits 2 to 3 people or 1 with luggage. A key is needed in the elevator in off hours making it even more difficult to manage. However once in the building you were secure.

The apartment was fine

The admin was shocking The map was incorrect, would have been so easy to say opposite Valronda tram station and just to the left of McDonald’s. When we got to the lobby the lift wouldn’t work without a key, keys were on the fifth floor!!!! A kind resident helped us The joining instructions state we would be met, not so A non existent or slow reaction to communication The flat is good but you need to sort your admin out Also I gave you six weeks notice to cancel my next reservation and find another tenant And you are not prepared to give even a partial refund Not acceptable I shall contact my card holder if you don’t reconsider Such a pity, I don’t often have to leave bad reviews Margaret
