Excellent Location and very clean place

Overall everything was great for my daughter whom stayed here

Everything was perfect

Parking space available, cleanliness, space/size adequate, code access, instructions all good.

The A/C was blasting all night and no way to turn it off. My friend and I did not have a good night because of it (shivering) and we both got sick.

The price was good. It was clean.

It is a house full of rooms rented out. By the description I thought it was a family home with two rented rooms in the basement. It turned out to be a house with a bunch of rented rooms. Not at all what I expected although I admit this could have been my inexperience drawing that conclusion. Someone was cooking in the kitchen at 1:00 in the morning. They weren’t loud but the house was filled with an odor of ethnic food. GPS took me to the wrong address and I phoned the number to inquire where to go. I immediately received a text to text instead of call. So I texted my predicament but didn’t receive a response. I was able to find the right house by copying/pasting rather than using the link. But the host never did respond to my text. The driveway was full of cars and the feel of everything was “rooming house”. The price was right, but the feel of everything was not one I was comfortable with.
