The room itself was very beautiful. Loved it.
The lift was scary and the fact that it closes at 22:00 and we had to take the stairs to the 12th floor was not nice as our event finished quite late.

It is clean and it is a beautiful place
The tv is not a smart tv

Very peaceful, closer to everything( harbour, south beach , uShaka Marine World etc). The receptionists were very nice to us
The elevator closes down at 00:00 am , we don’t know about that

The beautiful view of the harbor.
NO TOILET SEAT - Disgusting
No handle to flush the toilet. Just a hole in the wall to place your hand in the cistern to flush.
Wifi NOT FUNCTIONAL as advertised. Owner said they would sort it out but never bothered.
TV not usable as there was no remote control. DSTV not functioning.
No spoons in the cutlery. Only 1 single toilet roll.
Overall it was not what was advertised on Booking.com.
