Location is great, right in the middle of beautiful Manzanita.

The location is fabulous! The back yard and hot tub is wonderful. It was our second time staying there and we loved it enough to return.
Some aspects of the house seem outdated. The mattress in the master bedroom is old and lumpy and should be replaced asap. There are parts of the floor that are bubbled up and need to be fixed.
